Refunds and Returns

At TrendiiART, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality that meet their needs and expectations. Trendii.art offers high-quality products sourced directly and Print-On-Demand services. Every product has an integrated description to allow you to identify which type of product you are buying, directly or Print-On-Demand. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policies:

1 – Direct Products

1.1 – Returns

You may start a return claim on any unused, unworn, and undamaged item(s) within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and restocking (if any).

To initiate a return, please email us at support@trendii.art. Please ensure the email contains the following details:

  1. – Order number
  2. – Purchase date
  3. – Email used for the purchase
  4. – Total Amount Paid at our site.
  5. – Reason for the return

Our returns team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that items purchased from TrendiiART through third-party retailers (if active), such as Amazon or eBay, must be returned to the respective retailer in accordance with their own refund policies.

1.2 – Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection details of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@trendii.art.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless approved via email before processing a claim.

1.3 – Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@trendii.art, and we will process your request and advise where to send the item. Please ensure to include a description of the issue and at least 2 pictures of the damaged product to ensure fast processing of your claim.

1.4 – Shipping Returns

To return your product, follow the indications above before you mail anything back, note that the mailing address from where you received the item(s) may be different from the returns address. Please contact us first and we will indicate you where to send your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive an exchange due to a defective approved item, the cost of return shipping will be absorbed by TrendiiART. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item on time or at all.
